- (3) ensure the long-term viability of our information technology systems and website technology, and
- (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack.Therefore, PLANET intelligent systems analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

If a data subject contacts the controller, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be stored automatically. A transfer of this personal data to third parties does not take place.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus based exclusively on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). The data subject may revoke this consent at any time by means of an informal e-mail.
The transmitted personal data will be stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. They remain with us until a request for deletion or a revocation of consent is made by the data subject or the purpose for storage no longer applies.

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, every data subject has the right to obtain information about the data stored about him or her, as well as a copy of this information.
