This website does not provide a contact form. The contact details given on our contact page (e-mail address, phone number, postal address) are provided solely to let you get in touch with us. If you contact us this way, e.g. by e-mail or phone, we process the personal data you provide solely to handle your request, based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or, where the request relates to entering into or performing a contract, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, every data subject has the right to obtain information about the data stored about him or her, as well as a copy of this information.

PLANET intelligent systems shall no longer process the personal data in the event of the objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
